MP Helen Haines Critically Injured After Car Hits Her Outside Office

At 65, independent MP Helen Haines is in critical condition after a car struck her outside her office in Wangaratta, north-east Victoria. The latest reports say a 43-year-old man has been arrested. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese called the incident deliberate, but police are still investigating whether the crash was intentional and what led to it.
