A full-time, client-facing DevOps role supporting a US-based client: Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Python/Shell automation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary DevOps point of contact for a US client, joining their calls, syncs, and planning sessions directly
Design, manage, and scale Kubernetes infrastructure across environments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, and manage GitOps-based deployments with ArgoCD
Write automation, tooling, and infrastructure scripts in Python and Shell
Own infrastructure reliability, monitoring, and incident response
Improve deployment velocity and reduce release friction for the client's product team
Use AI-assisted dev tooling such as Claude Code to speed up infrastructure automation, scripting, and troubleshooting
Document infrastructure decisions and maintain runbooks
Communicate proactively and professionally with client stakeholders: this is a client-facing seat, not a purely backend role

2-3+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience
Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes: deployments, services, Helm, troubleshooting
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Jenkins required, ArgoCD or GitOps experience preferred
Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation
Familiarity with Claude Code or other AI coding and agentic tools is a strong plus
Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable being client-facing with US time zone overlap
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Terraform or IaC, or observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
