UI/UX Developer

Remote, US client, time zone overlap required · Full-time · 4+ years

Posted September 19, 2026

A full-time, client-facing UI/UX role supporting a US-based client: end-to-end product design, prototyping, and front-end implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary UI/UX point of contact for a US client, joining their design reviews, syncs, and planning sessions directly
  • Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products
  • Build and maintain a design system and component library used across the client's product
  • Translate designs into production-ready front-end code alongside engineering
  • Run and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback into design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to scope and ship features
  • Maintain design documentation, style guides, and handoff specs for engineering
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with client stakeholders: this is a client-facing seat, not a purely production role

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or design engineering, ideally client-facing or agency/consulting
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work: research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
  • Proficiency in Figma or a similar design tool, and a working understanding of front-end implementation (HTML/CSS, component-based frameworks such as React)
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable being client-facing with US time zone overlap
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: experience with motion and interaction design, accessibility (WCAG) best practices, or moderating usability testing
